Traffic quality scoring
Reward traffic quality, not just traffic volume.
Large numbers mean nothing if the traffic is fake, accidental, irrelevant or low-intent. Local Ad Network should score publishers by quality signals that advertisers can trust.
Valid click rate
Percentage of clicks that pass fraud, repeat-click and traffic source checks.
Engagement depth
Time on site, pages viewed and whether users behave like real readers.
Niche relevance
How closely publisher content matches advertiser category and campaign intent.
Traffic source quality
Direct, organic, newsletter and community traffic score higher than suspicious spikes.
Placement integrity
Ads must be visible, non-deceptive and not hidden behind forced clicks.
Dispute history
Repeated advertiser complaints or invalid activity reduce the score.
How quality is rewarded
Higher tier eligibility
Better campaign matching
Priority advertiser access
Faster payout review
Public credibility as a quality publisher
Performance recommendations
The dashboard should not only report numbers. It should tell publishers how to improve earnings: strengthen niche content, improve placement visibility, remove accidental-click areas and push campaigns to pages with stronger user intent.
Traffic and fraud guidelines
Do not click your own ads or ask friends, staff or groups to click ads artificially.
Do not use bots, click farms, traffic exchanges, forced redirects, pop-under traps or incentivised click schemes.
Do not hide ads, disguise ads as navigation buttons or place ads where accidental clicks are likely.
Do not buy low-quality traffic for pages carrying Local Ad Network placements.
Do not edit tracking links, iframe codes, widgets or campaign destinations in a way that hides traffic source data.
Do not publish restricted, misleading, copied, hateful, adult, illegal or unsafe content around advertiser placements.
